Do I need to purchase the materials for my project?
In most cases, yes. During your free estimate, we will inform you what materials are needed and provide information on where they can be purchased. We can arrange to pick up the materials for a small fee. Any materials purchased by Thoe’s Flooring will be added to the final bill.
Will my project be covered under a warranty?
While the material itself should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, Thoe’s Flooring provides a one-year warranty on all installations. Should there be concerns about the quality of the material to be installed, or the condition of the project area, Thoe’s Flooring may decline the installation project.
Do you have samples to view?
Yes, samples can be provided upon request. We are also a member of ProSource Wholesale Floorcoverings in Collinsville, IL. If you would like to check out their private showroom, just mention our name.
What types of floor coverings do you install?
We install many different types of floor coverings such as carpet, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, and ceramic tile. Some of the natural stones we work with are porcelain, marble, travertine, granite, and slate.
What other services do you offer?
We can provide unique surfaces for many locations throughout your home. Other projects that will help update the look of your home are shower surrounds, backsplashes, bartops, countertops, fireplace surrounds, and more.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is generally due upon completion of the project, however, half will be due at signing of the contract for all projects over $2,000.00. Should an invoice need to be mailed out, payment will be due within 30 days or late fees may be applied.
